We are pleased to offer servicing plans to cover all makes and models of the Konica Minolta range. You may well ask why you need a Service Level Agreement (SLA) and the simple answer would be to ensure that your Konica Minolta device keeps your machine in its optimum working condition.

All our field service engineers are trained directly by the manufacturer (Konica Minolta) at their prestigious training academy in Milton Keynes. It is our responsibility to ensure that as new machines are developed and produced we keep our engineers up to date and qualifies to ensure we deliver 100% customer satisfaction to you, our customer.

Our engineers are all field based and carry with them at all times their laptops to connect and diagnose your equipment, up to date firmware for your machine, tools to do the job right and an extensive parts list to ensure that our first time fix rate stays at over 95%.

We are pleased to offer Service Level Agreements (SLA) to all our customers anywhere in the UK. Our Service Level Agreements include providing all engineer callouts direct to your site, labour to fix the machine, parts if required and consumables such as toners, image units and waste boxes. We ensure that your office machine will be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendation to keep you printing, faxing, copying and scanning.

Your Service Level Agreement will be calculated on the amount of print/copy volume your Konica Minolta machine produces within the month. We would take a meter reading every month from your machine and you would only pay for the number of copies or prints you have used within this period. This is called a “click charge”. This is a very popular method of only paying for the volume of copies/prints you have used within the month.

The cost per copy you pay will ensure you receive all the benefits of being on a service plan whilst enjoying a 4 or 8 hour callout response, should your machine require a service. We understand that having your machine down can be costly to any organisation and we always deliver a fast and reliable service to all UK customers.

If you feel that having a Service Level Agreement does not suite your company budget or plan, we are able to offer a callout basis paid at an agreed hourly rate. This will ensure that we can give you an estimate upfront for any potential parts or labour.
